Cancel or manage subscription
DropCheck subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iOS to cancel or update your plan. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Restore purchases
If you previously subscribed and don't see your access, open the app, go to Settings → Restore Purchases, and sign in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
Delete your account
Email support@dropcheck.app from the address on your account and we'll delete your account and associated data within 7 days.
